Briefly
Numainda ("we", "us") answers on WhatsApp for online shops and cash-on-delivery merchants in Pakistan. If you ticked the box while checking out of a shop we work with, that shop passes us your name, your WhatsApp number and what you ordered, and we write to you about that order — confirming it, saying when it ships, and replying when you ask something. That is all it is for. Nothing is sold on, nothing is turned into advertising pointed at you. This page says exactly what we keep, why we may keep it, who else sees it, how long it lasts, and how one word ends it. We work out of Plot No. 09, Sector 9B, Sultanabad, Karachi 75550, Pakistan. For anything at all, write to info@numainda.xyz or call +92 371 1099395.
Who decides, and who merely carries
Two parties touch your details and the difference is worth knowing. The shop you bought from is the controller: it chose to gather your information, it put the box on its checkout, and the relationship with you belongs to it. Numainda is the processor: we follow that shop's instruction to carry its messages and reply for it, and your data goes nowhere beyond that instruction. We never decide on our own to advertise at you, we pass nothing to other merchants, and we sell data to nobody. Separately, for anyone visiting this site or writing to us, we are the controller of that small exchange. A useful test: the order itself is the shop's business, how the messaging ran is ours.
What we keep
On purpose, very little. From the shop's checkout comes your name as you typed it, your WhatsApp or mobile number, and the order details — the number, a list of items, the value, the cash-on-delivery figure and the city it goes to. From the WhatsApp thread we keep whether each message reached you and was read, whatever you sent back — usually a confirmation, a question, or STOP — and when each happened. We keep a record of the tick: that you gave it, for which shop, and on what date. From this site we log the usual technical detail such as IP address, browser type and simple page counts. We never take CNIC or passport numbers, passwords, card numbers or payment-card data of any sort, and we build no advertising profiles.
What gives us the right to write
You asked for it, in as many words. On the shop's checkout a box, empty until you touch it, names the shop, says help and order news will come by WhatsApp, and explains these concern your purchase and not promotions. You tick it yourself. No box comes pre-ticked, no permission hides in the terms, and placing an order is never read as agreement to be written to. Beside that tick we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the least record that proves it happened and shields the service from abuse, and on legal obligation where a law demands we keep or produce something. Since every message rests on a real order or a real question, no marketing campaigns, cold outreach or bulk sends run through this service at all.
Where Meta comes into it
Messages move across the official WhatsApp Business Platform, which Meta Platforms runs. To carry one, Meta must necessarily handle your number and what the message says, and its own terms and privacy policy govern that stretch of the journey. Templates go to Meta for review before we may use them. Numainda is an independent company: no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement from WhatsApp, Meta or Facebook, and their names and marks stay theirs. We cannot see your WhatsApp account, your contacts, your photo, or any conversation you hold with anyone besides us.
Who else gets to see it
A short list, and only where the work calls for it. The merchant you ordered from sees your replies and where the order stands, since the conversation is with their customer. Meta handles the message so it can arrive. Our infrastructure providers run the systems underneath. Where a shop uses a courier or an order platform, delivery status may travel between that system and ours so what we tell you is right. Everyone named is bound to use the data solely to serve us. Past that, we disclose nothing unless a proper legal demand from a competent authority requires it, or unless disclosure is needed to look into fraud or abuse of the service.
Where it ends up
We run from Pakistan. Some providers we lean on, Meta among them, keep infrastructure abroad, so your information may be handled in other countries as part of getting a message through. Where it does, we rely on the contract terms those providers set, and we hold whatever leaves our systems to what the delivery truly requires.
How long it lasts
Order and conversation records stay while the merchant's account is running and for up to twenty-four months after, so an argument over an order or a delivery can still be settled. Records of the tick and of any opt-out last as long as we might need to show a message was allowed, which can outlive the conversation itself — the note that you opted out is exactly what keeps you from being written to again. Site logs last up to twelve months. Once a period runs out, records are deleted or anonymised past recovery.
How it is guarded
Data is encrypted as it travels, live systems open only to the handful of people whose work needs them and behind individual credentials, and administrative actions are logged. We take only the fields the service uses, which is a protection in itself: nothing gathered cannot leak. No system is entirely safe and we will not pretend one is. If a breach happens that is likely to reach you, we will tell the merchants affected without undue delay and help them speak to their customers.
What you may ask for
You may ask what we hold on you, ask for a copy, have an error corrected, ask for deletion, object to the processing, or take back the tick whenever you like. Write to info@numainda.xyz or message +92 371 1099395, naming the shop you ordered from and the number the messages went to, so the right record can be found. We reply inside thirty days. Since we act on the merchant's instruction, a few requests — deleting the order record itself, say — go to that merchant, and we will tell you so rather than leave you waiting.
Ending the messages
Send STOP to any message. That one word lifts your number off at once, with nothing to explain and no confirmation call to sit through. The instruction lives inside the messages rather than at the bottom of a policy page, nobody here can override it, and no further template goes to that number for that shop. Should something still reach you after STOP, tell us — it is a fault to repair, not a complaint to argue.
Visitors who are minors
The service is made for people buying things and is not pointed at children under thirteen. We knowingly handle none of their data. If you think a child's information came to us through a shop's checkout, tell us and it goes.
When this page changes
As the service moves, this page moves with it and the date above changes. Where something materially alters how your information is handled, we will say so outright rather than hope the new date catches an eye. What stands here is always the current text.
